**Responsibilities**
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative-Remote (Night Shift), you'll be responsible for:
* Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide to resolve routine problems and inquiries related to client products and services
* Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
* Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support
* Maintaining a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, to provide expert customer experiences
* Offering additional products and/or services to customers to enhance their overall experience
* Delivering expert customer experiences that meet or exceed client expectations
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A strong focus on building customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues and providing expert customer experiences
* The ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
* Technical support experience is preferred, but not required
* A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer navigation and PC knowledge
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
* A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, with a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered
* High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
**Nice-to-haves**
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred, but not required
