As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating cohesion between our global delivery team, blithequark Q Business product teams, and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Defining, developing, and maintaining solution patterns that address common blithequark Q Business implementation scenarios for enterprise customers
- Creating reusable assets, methodologies, and frameworks that enable the delivery team to implement blithequark Q Business solutions consistently and efficiently
- Working closely with delivery teams to understand implementation challenges and develop solutions that address common pain points
- Leveraging emerging Generative and Agentic AI technologies to radically change customers' experiences in seeding and scaling our solutions across their business
- Building deep expertise in blithequark Q Business capabilities, roadmap, and technical architecture
- Serving as the liaison between blithequark product teams and our professional services organization, ensuring our solutions leverage the latest blithequark Q Business features and capabilities
- Translating product capabilities into service offerings, delivery methodologies, and technical solutions that address specific enterprise use cases
- Collaborating with GTM teams to define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for our professional services offerings around blithequark Q Business
- Developing compelling sales enablement materials that help articulate the value of our services to customers and partners
- Supporting the creation of business cases, ROI models, and other assets that demonstrate the value of blithequark Q Business implementations
- Conducting customer interviews and market research to identify emerging needs and trends in enterprise AI adoption
- Analyzing implementation data, customer feedback, and success metrics to continuously improve solution offerings
- Monitoring the competitive landscape and industry developments to ensure our solutions address evolving market requirements
Cross-Functional Leadership
The successful candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives that span delivery, product, and GTM teams to improve overall customer experience. You will influence product roadmaps based on insights from customer implementations and market needs, and foster collaboration between regional delivery teams to share best practices and ensure consistent global execution.

- A strong technical background, with experience in AI, cloud computing, and software development
- Excellent program management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to completion

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in working with blithequark Q Business, or similar AI-powered solutions
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, and experience in migrating applications to the cloud
- Experience in developing and implementing AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, and experience in working with IT teams
- Experience in working with agile development methodologies, and experience in leading agile teams
