About the Role
We're on the lookout for a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team. As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will become an expert in using our innovative software, advising customers on how to successfully set up their own accommodation website and grow their vacation rental business. Your expertise will be crucial in providing top-notch technical support, troubleshooting, and guiding customers to make the most of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support to customers via email, phone, or chat, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues related to our software, collaborating with our development team to resolve customer issues
- Identifying and documenting bugs or issues in our software, developing technical documentation for internal and external use
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality service, developing strong relationships with our customers
- Collaborating with our development team to resolve customer issues, providing feedback to improve our software and services
What Makes You a Great Fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support or a similar role, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience with CRM and customer support software such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Experience with cloud-based software and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus, as well as experience in the travel or hospitality industry
