Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our Customer Acceleration Team. As a Solutions Architect, you will provide exceptional technical design and thought leadership to our customers while working with a world-class sales and business development team. You will lead efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the arenaflex solution architect community. Key Responsibilities - Help public sector organizations find more modern ways to work with their constituents by implementing innovative cloud contact center solutions - Work on the cutting edge of innovation with arenaflex products and services, including cloud computing, Artificial Intelligence, and CRM platforms - Maintain domain knowledge and expertise in public sector call centers, workforce management, and contact center technologies, including cloud-based platforms, VoIP, IVR, ACD, and CRM systems - Architect and build large-scale solutions that integrate smoothly in cloud and hybrid operating models for supporting cloud contact center solutions - Provide guidance on the people, organizational, security, and compliance aspects of transforming the contact center to the Cloud - Set up and configure arenaflex services in-line with best practices - Coach customers and partner teams to be self-sufficient - Collaborate with arenaflex field sales, pre-sales, training, and support teams to help partners and customers learn how to build and move to production-grade arenaflex environments - Define and deliver on-site consulting engagements with partners and customers, including participating in pre-sales on-site visits, understanding customer requirements, proposing and delivering packaged offerings, and delivering custom solution engagements - Work with arenaflex product, engineering, and support teams to convey partner and customer needs and feedback as input to technology roadmaps Essential Qualifications - 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures - 4+ years of specific technology domain areas experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) - 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries - Understanding of contact center operations, workflows, and key performance metrics - Technical presentation experience, including whiteboard, small and large group presentations - Ability to travel 10-30% Preferred Qualifications - Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries - Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud - Experience working with arenaflex technologies from a dev/ops perspective - In-depth understanding of contact center technologies, including cloud-based platforms, VoIP, IVR, ACD, and CRM systems - Software development experience with building contact center integrations Skills and Competencies - Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud computing, Artificial Intelligence, and CRM platforms - Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders - Strong leadership and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge - Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions - Strong business acumen, including the ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
