Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master the "Messenger Process" utilized for organic lead generation
- Engage in lead generation conversations with potential clients on social media platforms and via email inquiries
- Maintain a detailed log of leads generated and weekly leads per hour performance
- Attend weekly meetings with the Chat team and Chat Manager to review performance, celebrate wins, and provide feedback
- Participate in Team Huddle meetings with the entire company to stay updated on our progress and goals
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Sales or retail experience (preferred)
- Prior Law Enforcement experience (preferred)
- Experience working with social platforms Instagram and Facebook
- Experience in the fitness and coaching industry (preferred)
- Experience in direct sales, business, entrepreneurship, or online marketing (preferred)
