Job Summary As a Social Media & Communications Specialist at Eurest, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company's brand online presence through creative multimedia content, including video production, photography, and visual storytelling. Your role will also involve developing strategies for internal and external communications that align with Eurest's business goals. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies focusing on visual content to achieve business objectives. Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content and photography for various social media platforms. Manage social media accounts to ensure consistent posting schedules and engage with followers. Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights to maximize reach and engagement. Video Production and Photography: Plan, script, shoot, and edit videos and photos for social media, marketing campaigns, and special projects. Collaborate with the creative team and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to produce visually compelling content that aligns with brand messaging. Stay updated on the latest video and photography trends and software to ensure the brand's content remains fresh and innovative. Manage and maintain video and photography equipment to ensure high-quality content. Utilize media sharing platforms to create and share newsletters, videos, and various communications. Maintain a comprehensive photo and video library for use during meetings and on social media. Marketplace and New Hire Communications: Manage the creation and distribution of Marketplace letters and posters. Prepare and send welcome packets to new salaried hires and hourly promotions. Constant Contact Mailing Lists Updates: Update Constant Contact mailing lists monthly with new hires and remove termed team members. Special Projects: Participate in projects such as GULL (Global University for LifeLong Learning), Be-A-Star, and Compass Night of Stars as the Eastern Division Lead. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Film/Video Production, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in social media management, public relations, video production, and photography. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and photography tools. A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in content creation, including writing, graphic design, and multimedia production. The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Key Skills: Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking abilities. Advanced skills in video editing, photography, and camera operation. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Working Conditions and Benefits This is a full-time remote position with standard office hours, although occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events, video shoots, or crisis management. Travel may be necessary for media events, video shoots, or conferences.
