**Job Summary**
As a Series 7 Financial Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their brokerage complaints and providing expert support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Participating in moderately complex support services in account management, operations, documentation, customer service, and technical support
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the customer support functional area
* Reviewing basic or tactical routine technical issues or challenges that require research and evaluation, applications or services, product conversions, and new product development
* Presenting recommendations for resolving moderate to complex situations and exercising independent judgment while developing an understanding of internal and external customer needs
* Providing information to customer service colleagues, relationship managers, internal partners, and stakeholders, and customers to resolve customer issues
**Key Responsibilities**
* Address brokerage complaints and provide expert support to clients
* Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer support services
* Review and resolve routine technical issues or challenges
* Develop and present recommendations for resolving moderate to complex situations
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
* Provide information and support to customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
* Series 7 license required (must be active or within a 2-year window for reactivation)
* Brokerage operations experience
* Customer service experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft products
