Our team is passionate about creating a culture of continuous learning, growth, and excellence, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Learning Specialist to lead and support a team of up to 30 Customer Support Associates. As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for creating an optimal adult learning environment that encourages long-term success. You will design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the diverse needs of our customers and employees. Your primary focus will be on providing an exceptional training experience that drives business results and enhances customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Learning Specialist at blithequark, you will perform the following tasks: * **Supervise and Analyze Learning Metrics**: You will oversee the structured learning metrics for the assigned territory and region, analyzing results to identify areas for improvement. * **Manage Live Performance Metrics**: You will be responsible for managing live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory, ensuring that all metrics are met or exceeded. * **Conduct Learning Sessions**: You will conduct learning sessions on new processes and deliver various training courses, including continuous learning, new hire batches, and transfer batches. * **Maintain Data and Analysis**: You will maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel, as per business requirements. * **Ensure Completion of Training Programs**: You will ensure the completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs on time. * **Partner with Operational Stakeholders**: You will partner with operational stakeholders as a key point of contact for the Learning Experience team. * **Identify and Certify Learning Coaches**: You will identify and certify learning coaches to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality training. * **Lead Individual Improvement Projects**: You will lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance and drive quality and learning metrics. * **Conduct Chime Sessions and Classroom Sessions**: You will conduct chime sessions and classroom sessions to stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and engaged. **Requirements** To be successful as a Senior Learning Specialist at blithequark, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * **2+ years of experience in training delivery roles**: You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality training experiences that meet business objectives. * **1 year experience in Customer Service or customer service-related work experience**: You will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. * **Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software**: You will be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software to design, develop, and deliver training programs. * **Highly Accurate and Fluent in Japanese and English**: You will be highly accurate and fluent in Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. * **Flexible to work within a 24/7 x 365 days global team across a variety of time zones**: You will be flexible and able to work within a global team that operates across multiple time zones. * **Knowledge of adult learning, content design, and facilitation**: You will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, content design, and facilitation techniques. * **Experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position**: You will have experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or in a related position. * **Project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects**: You will have strong project management skills and the ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously. * **Strong ability to multi-task**: You will be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met. **What We Offer** As a Senior Learning Specialist at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
