As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a vibrant and diverse team that's dedicated to making a positive impact in the retail industry. **Responsibilities** As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting customers with navigating and placing orders on our websites, utilizing various channels, systems, and browsers in a professional manner * Responding to a variety of incoming contacts, including products, sales/promotions, orders, and returns, using effective decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills * Researching inquiries and de-escalating customer concerns, utilizing knowledge and tools to provide accurate and timely responses * Listening to customers to understand their needs and utilizing knowledge and tools to provide solutions that meet their expectations * Interacting with customers and other internal departments in a clear, concise, courteous, and professional manner * Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service * Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries **Key Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required * Excellent verbal and written business communication skills * Internet savvy, with the ability to navigate through multiple browsers and various search engines * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under the direction of a Team Manager * Professional, flexible, and positive team player * Ability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies * Passion for providing great service to customers * Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays **Benefits and Perks** As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate of $16.50 * Comprehensive benefits package, including dental, vision, and medical coverage * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
