Job Overview

As an RN Graduate Nurse on our 8N Oncology Med/Surg unit, you will play a vital role in providing direct nursing care to patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care Planning: Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Care Coordination: Implement and coordinate the plan of care for patients on the oncology med/surg unit, ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality care.

Qualifications and Requirements
