**Job Summary**
As a Remote Webchat Dealer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for potential car buyers, providing them with expert advice and guidance throughout the vehicle purchase process. You'll work closely with our dealerships to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience, and you'll be responsible for promoting sales and lead captures for our clients. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide assistance to customers with their vehicle purchase process, including answering questions about products, features, benefits, incentives, and promotions
* Continuously aim to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency by making recommendations that benefit the customer and enhance their buying experience
* Provide proactive support to consumers requesting assistance with dealer, vehicle locates, and product concerns/inquiries
* Promote sales and lead captures for the client by accurately and enthusiastically responding to consumer questions
* Be a goodwill ambassador for arenaflex by providing courteous treatment to all customers
* Work closely with our dealerships to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
**Schedule/Shift**
We're offering three overnight 3rd shift openings and two 1st & 2nd shift openings. As a Remote Webchat Dealer Support Specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and choose a schedule that suits your needs.
**Must-Have Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, marketing)
* Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills. Writing skills are an absolute must.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong product knowledge and industry trends
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
* Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
* Knowledge of the automotive industry and its products
