About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Triage LVN to join our team for weekend on-call duties. As a Remote Triage Weekend Evening/Overnight LVN, you will play a pivotal role in our patient care continuum, providing critical support and guidance to patients, caregivers, and facilities during evening and overnight hours. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• An active LVN license in the state of California is a critical requirement for this role.
