Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Online Chat Specialist to join our team. As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service, responding to incoming live chats, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal escalation Develop and maintain relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, providing personalized support and guidance Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, utilizing your knowledge of our products and services Promote interest in blithequark's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing valuable solutions to our clients Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement Portray and project a positive and professional image, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed, and contributing to the team's overall success Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication Experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships Strong telephone etiquette, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with CRM tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritizing and organizing your work to meet deadlines and achieve goals Ability to adapt to different personalities, with a flexible and empathetic approach to customer service Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote or virtual customer service environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work Knowledge of blithequark's products and services, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date on industry developments Experience with live chat software and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, contributing to the team's overall success Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, with a flexible and resilient approach to customer service Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
