Key Responsibilities Gain knowledge of RxClaim and participate in enterprise requirement determinations, checking out and documentation for Clinical Adjudication tasks Collaborate with teams to discover the root reason for override issues and implement progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations Support the implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process Work on branch projects and PA sports, delivering high-quality results in a timely manner Support CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and incorporate progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical capabilities, with 1-2 years of experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/possibility identification. Preferred qualifications include experience with RxClaim, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse is also desirable.
