* Assisting with auditing work orders and training records to ensure accuracy and accountability.
* Overseeing data reporting activities and relaying insights to management and stakeholders for informed decision-making.
* Collaborating with Customer Facility Operations to quickly address any issues and ensure timely service delivery.
* Maintaining effective communication with internal teams and service providers to facilitate smooth operations.
* Scheduling maintenance activities and generating relevant work orders and reports to enhance efficiency.
* Providing weekly and monthly metrics on work order utilization to management.
* Entering new equipment and task lists into our Facility Maintenance Management System to ensure comprehensive tracking.
* Managing data within our SharePoint site to ensure organization and accessibility.
**Required Skills**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio) is essential; familiarity with SharePoint is advantageous (training will be provided).
* Ability to work independently while remaining accessible during working hours.
* Experience in report writing or generating software is a plus.
**Qualifications**
We're looking for candidates with:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework is preferred.
* One year of experience in a critical environment is preferred.
