- Recognizing patterns to define gaps in the applicant tracking system and driving change at a system level with responsible parties (end users, system admins, etc.)
- Ensuring successful integration with downstream systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Previous experience working with People or Recruiting organizations, or in-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
- Prior relational database experience
- Proficiency in SQL and other common query languages
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated testing
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
