- Sales Advisor:

- Develop product knowledge, build client relationships, and identify opportunities to retain customers

- Upsell and offer additional products and services to meet customer needs
- Technical Support Advisor:
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Provide basic customer service support

Who You Are
To succeed as a Work at Home Advisor at arenaflex, you'll need to possess:
- A high school diploma or GED
- A minimum of six months of customer service experience or hard sales experience for sales positions
