Our commitment to values has been the driving force behind our success, and we're now seeking a talented Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team.
Job Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:
- Maintaining our customer database
- Making daily outbound phone calls to customers
- Routing technicians based on location
- Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
Our ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as within the dispatch team, handle high call volumes, and accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan). Positions Schedule
We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs:
- Wednesday: In the Chantilly office from 8 AM to 5 PM (one hour lunch break)
- Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8 AM to 5 PM (one hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous call center experience – at least 1 year
- The ability to type at least 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently as well as within the dispatch team
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- The ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
