• Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support as needed.
• Manage customer accounts with precision, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate, and provide support with application data entry.
• Respond to online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner, as assigned.
• Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Commit to extensive self-study, training, and testing, with the understanding that eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams.

Essential Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace.
• Own a personal laptop or desktop computer for the training period.
• Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period.
• Complete a background check and health screening as part of the onboarding process.
• Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite connections are not compatible with our internal systems).
• Possess moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be self-motivated and success-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role.
• Familiarity with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act.
• Experience working in a call center environment.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
• Spanish bilingual skills are considered a plus.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $14.50 per hour, with the potential for an enhanced rate of $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance. Spanish bilingual representatives may be eligible for higher rates.
