Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $40,000 – $50,000 per year. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, catering to the needs of our valued customers. Please note that this role is open to residents of New York State only. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to address passenger inquiries, resolve any issues, and provide detailed information regarding flights, reservations, and policies.
