- Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments as necessary
- Navigating computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications
- Resolving basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates, and other issues
- Providing standardized or scripted responses using client-provided systems and established documentation and processes
- Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases
- Determining basic reasons for customer issues using client-provided decision trees and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced representatives or designated departments
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 6 months of call center experience, either remote or onsite
- Ability and flexibility to work hours as assigned, including nights and weekends, in a 24/7 call center environment
- Willingness to be on camera during work hours
