The essential qualifications for this role include: High school diploma or GED; additional education in communications or customer service is a plus Exceptional communication skills with the ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required, as blithequark offers full training Proficient with computers and capable of learning blithequark's internal booking systems Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and availability for shifts including nights and weekends In addition to these essential qualifications, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, able to work independently in a remote setting, and committed to ongoing learning and development.
