As a Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. You will be responsible for promoting and selling air travel to the public, providing assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, and interpreting authority guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments. You will also have the chance to work with a diverse range of customers, from individual travelers to freight forwarders, and provide support to troubled passengers and clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Bilingual language skills are also required in some locations. You will need to have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted admission to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable. You will also need to be able to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. You will need to be self-motivated and require minimal supervision, and be able to respond and assist during safety and emergency situations. You will also need to have strong organizational skills, and be able to use technology to perform various job-related duties.
