Job Overview
In this role, you will represent our company by taking inbound calls from warm leads or current policyholders, assisting with their insurance needs, and providing an exceptional customer experience. Your strong relationship-building skills will enable you to identify the prospective insured's needs, match products and solutions that best meet those needs, and educate customers on our insurance products and services. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for solving problems, formulating solutions for customers, and engaging in conversations with people from all walks of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls and conduct consultations to identify the prospective insured's needs, taking control of the conversation and matching products and solutions that best meet those needs.
- Educate customers on our insurance products and services while identifying opportunities to sell additional products.
- Read all verbatim and ensure all coverages and solutions are communicated effectively using the provided resources.
- Solve problems and formulate solutions for customers by researching, analyzing, and resolving inquiries regarding insurance and service-related issues.
- Engage in conversations with people from all walks of life, providing and customizing assistance according to the policyholder's needs.

Essential Qualifications:
- At least six months of experience working in a service or sales environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer skills and ability to work with a CRM.
- Must live in the state of Texas.
- Must be 18 years of age and have a GED or High School Diploma.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
