Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact between business and IT partners to ensure that business requirements are well-documented and technical solutions are transformed to meet business strategies.
- Conduct requirement-elicitation meetings with stakeholders, including users, developers, system design architects, system integrators, and vendors to understand critical needs, pain points, and business impact.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create process models, user epics/stories, and initial use case surveys/use cases that drive business outcomes.
- Understand business and technical dependencies between business areas and within systems that support or may be impacted by middle office functionality.
- Perform planning and scoping for multiple inter-related initiatives to help senior-level stakeholders make informed decisions about which initiatives to tackle and how.
- Elicit, document, and manage business requirements to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs.
- Facilitate and drive issue resolution and retrospectives between stakeholders to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Develop expert knowledge of platform systems and help define 'To Be' system solutions and flows that drive business growth.
- Handle complex, high-profile projects across multiple domains, systems, and stakeholders.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks to meet business objectives.
- Support business implementation processes for new and enhanced system features.
- Participate in biweekly recurring production evening release activities to ensure smooth deployment.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in managing business requirements and technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
We're offering a competitive hourly rate of $54.37 - $59.37 per hour for this contract opportunity. As a Randstad Digital employee, you'll also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:
