- Collaboration and Leadership (30%): Support the involvement of engineering, design, and other stakeholders in product development. You will work closely with sales teams to measure progress and understand customer needs, and provide leadership and guidance to ensure successful product outcomes.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1-3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager in a business environment based on modern software development
- Proven experience in modern software development, product management, and agile processes, particularly XP principles of twin programming, test-driven development, and continuous delivery
- Experience working in a fast-paced and fluid environment where priorities constantly change
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work with employees and operations at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience conducting user research and testing to understand customer needs
