**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist pharmacists with prescription filling, including retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical tablets
* Verify medication accuracy and check for potential interactions
* Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered efficiently using pharmacy systems
* Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues
* Develop strong relationships with customers and patients
* Assist with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing shipments of prescription medications
* Participate in training and development programs to maintain expertise and knowledge in healthcare and pharmacy
* Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to pharmacy operations and patient confidentiality
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician certification or training preferred
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
