**Job Summary**
As a Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our RedBox Rx pharmacy services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting RedBox Rx customers via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Creating new patient profiles for patients, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
* Performing prescription data entry, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures and facility policies
* Handling inquiries that do not require a pharmacist's expertise and judgment
* Assisting in adherence to quality assurance standards
* Adhering to all statutes and regulations pertaining to a pharmacy technician
**Key Responsibilities**
