**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Data Entry Technician to join our remote order entry team. As a Pharmacy Data Entry Technician, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient entry of patient and medication information into our computer system. You will also be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, fielding questions, and providing exceptional customer service to our facility staff, practitioners, and patients. This is a full-time overnight position that qualifies for a full suite of benefits, including a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Enter and maintain patient information and medication orders using the computer system
* Answer incoming phone calls and field questions
* Clarify information with customers as needed
* Maintain a professional and helpful attitude in all levels of customer service

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician License or PTCB Certification
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Exemplary verbal communication and customer service skills
* Framework and ECM systems experience
* 1-2 years long-term care pharmacy experience
* Previous order entry experience preferred
* Previous customer service experience preferred
