**Responsibilities**
As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. Your duties will include:
* Ensuring quality customer service on Homeowner and Auto policies, as well as a small amount of umbrella, motorcycle, boat, and other specialty policies
* Taking calls, answering client questions, and cross-selling home and auto business
* Shopping renewals, ID cards, proof of insurance, and other policy-related tasks
* Managing a book of approximately 60 customers, providing personalized attention and support
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide innovative solutions
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an independent agency
* Property and Casualty (P&C) licensed in NY
* Ability to commute to Garden City, NY or reliably work in a remote capacity
* Experience with EZLynx preferred but not required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
