Your responsibilities will include: * Submitting oversize/overweight trucking permit applications to states' permit offices and following up on applications to ensure permits are returned as quickly as possible * Ensuring the accuracy of submitted permit applications * Keeping our customers informed of the statuses of their orders * Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients * Assisting our permit staff with various tasks to ensure seamless operations * Developing expertise in various states' rules and procedures for over-dimensional loads and movements * Managing relationships with our customers and becoming their valued partner in a crucial part of their business **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * An extremely motivated and hard-working attitude * An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills (written and spoken) * Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office and modern web browsers * Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks and demands at the same time * A willingness to work 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday * A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to demonstrate: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
