Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls (80+ per day) from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain performance goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, and demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Become proficient in our processes and systems after completing a comprehensive training program, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education.
- A dedicated work-from-home space, with a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 megabytes per second download speed) and the ability to connect equipment to a router/modem using an Ethernet cord.
- Previous medical and/or call center experience, although not required, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
