As a Partner Plan Administrator, you will be responsible for building new relationships with clients, understanding their DNA and business requirements, and creating exceptional experience design pitches that drive business results. Key Responsibilities Structure new associations or fix existing ones with clients, understanding their DNA and business requirements Develop exceptional, layered, visionary experience design pitches to clients that drive business results Think long-term, creating innovative spaces that inspire clients to collaborate with us Reason create pitch toolboxes, outlining clear brand throughlines that can be customized per client or client group Provide creative direction for all workstreams, ensuring alignment with design thinking principles Lead cross-functional creative discussions, using design thinking to unlock innovative solutions for brand initiatives Collaborate with individual brand teams to develop and implement experiential brand language Clearly communicate ideas and concepts to cross-functional internal and external partners Own the creative process from brief to execution, with a focus on idea representation and storytelling Show vision and expertise in describing all design elements, including character, typography, iconography, and more Cultivate a culture of creativity, trust, and integrity, while bringing out the best in others Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field Proven work experience as a Brand Designer or in a similar role at an agency or in-house design team Strong visual representation skills, with proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques Ability to create visually appealing and cohesive designs that align with brand guidelines Familiarity with digital design, including virtual reality representations, website management, and other online platforms Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Additional certifications or courses in design, marketing, or a related field Experience with 3D rendering or prototyping tools for presenting and demonstrating packaging designs Knowledge of print production processes, color management, and pre-press techniques for packaging design Familiarity with project management tools and software Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
