Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Support Agent fluent in German to join our dedicated team at blithequark. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner. You will be working part-time on weekends, with flexible hours that can be adjusted to meet the needs of our customers and the team. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line support to customers through phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries and issues. Aim for 'first contact resolution' to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently, escalating issues as needed and following company and client guidelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including reasons for contact, solutions provided, and other relevant information to support our customers and maintain service quality. Foster positive interactions with customers, ensuring they feel understood, supported, and valued. Meet agreed service levels (SLA) and contact centre KPIs, providing efficient and productive support to our customers. Participate in training and briefings to gain expertise and understand client and contact centre requirements, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices. Follow all applicable policies and regulations, including client policies, EU legal frameworks, and local government regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to blithequark's high standards. Essential Qualifications and Skills Fluency in German (C2 level in both written and spoken) and comfortable communicating in English. Customer-first mindset, with a passion for helping people and solving problems. Tech-savvy, with experience using MS Office and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems. Organised and motivated, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Eligibility to work in Slovakia, with a strong understanding of local regulations and laws. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support. Knowledge of the transportation or mobility industry, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our customers. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively. Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary, with options for 18, 20, or 30 hours per week. Fixed-term contract, with possibility of being made permanent in the future. Flexible working hours, with part-time weekend shifts and opportunities for remote work. 6.60€/day meal voucher and commuting/WFH allowance of €50 per month. 5 extra paid days off per annum (pro rata) for emergencies and short-term absence.
