**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Ensuring all required documents are submitted and accurately inputting business and owner information into our internal systems
* Pulling and reviewing commercial and consumer credit reports to support our underwriting and processing teams
* Processing 60+ submissions per day with high accuracy and efficiency
* Communicating effectively with internal and external clients to provide exceptional customer service
* Occasionally performing other duties as assigned by management to support the team's success
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Ensure all required documents are submitted and accurately inputting business and owner information into our internal systems
* Create entries in our internal systems, accurately inputting business and owner information
* Pull and review commercial and consumer credit reports to support our underwriting and processing teams
* Process 60+ submissions per day with high accuracy and efficiency
* Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to provide exceptional customer service
* Occasionally perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team's success
**Skills and Competencies**
* Highly detail-oriented and comfortable dealing with numbers
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Resourceful – willing to take on other assignments as needed to support the team
**Qualifications**
* 1-3 years of previous financial services underwriting or processing experience is preferred
* Strong understanding of financial services and credit analysis principles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate of $16-$18 per hour, based on experience
