About the Role

You will be responsible for receiving and processing technical assistance requests from customers, ensuring that each issue is addressed promptly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process technical assistance requests from customers, opening tickets in our ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians.
- Review each open ticket to determine the outcome, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Email responses to customers, providing updates and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Maintain organization and focus to ensure each ticket is closed out quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Help Desk team to resolve customer issues and provide support as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- No prior experience is required, but applicants with previous IT Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer are highly preferred.
- Exceptional typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently on a computer.
