- Utilize advanced in-house analytics capabilities to understand the impact of each touchpoint and maximize return on investment.
- Manage end-to-end channel performance and root cause diagnostics through analysis; develop strategic, data-driven solutions to complex business problems.
- Build, optimize, and refine triggered marketing email communications through collaboration with colleagues and key partner groups, including Creative, Data Science, Marketing Technology, and Engineering teams.
- Lead root cause investigations and leverage cross-functional relationships to quickly identify performance issues and recommended actions to implement.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technical studies, Economics, Business, or other disciplines with a quantitative focus.
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, and/or strategy.
- Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Google Sheets/Excel use; passion for finding patterns in data; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
