The National Campaigns Unit at blithequark provides critical shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of our internal clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in directing shareholders to the appropriate channels where they can vote on the Board of Directors, ensuring that management's message is conveyed effectively. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing timely and accurate information to shareholders.
Direct shareholders to the appropriate voting channels, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
Convey management's message, highlighting their commitment to the best interests of shareholders.
Utilize Microsoft Office and other software applications to manage customer interactions, update records, and maintain accurate documentation.
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and other activities to enhance knowledge, skills, and performance.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 6 months of customer service, data entry, or related experience.
Excellent speaking voice, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Strong grammar and English language skills, with the ability to read and correct written content.
