Job Summary
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers' experience is exceptional. You will work with a creative team to guarantee that our clients' stuff and freight arrive safely and on time, driving a positive client experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Securely lift, load, dump, and transport luggage, mail, and freight to and from aircraft, ensuring on-time connections and directing incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions.
- Defend freight, luggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
- Operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas.
- Repeatedly lift and load luggage onto trucks, ensuring each package reaches its destination.
- Utilize scanners and computers to guarantee accurate routing of items and freight to passengers' destinations.
- Practice safety-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and procedure.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to frequently lift packages or items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally lift packages or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with aviation industry operations.
