About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Part Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our insurance service and retention team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert advice on coverage options, and implementing retention strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. This is a fully remote position, offering a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule that includes 15-20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9-12 pm EST.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty License: A valid and active property and casualty license is required, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge of insurance principles, practices, and regulations.
- Previous Experience: A minimum of 2 years of property/casualty service experience is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, developing strong client relationships, and driving retention and growth.
