About the Role
As a Part-Time G&A Recruiter, you'll be responsible for a range of exciting tasks, including:
- Conducting thorough intake calls with hiring managers to fully understand the position requirements and expectations.
- Identifying and assessing potential candidates through strategic sourcing, outreach, and candidate relationship management.
- Conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews, and gathering feedback from our clients and candidates.
