Key Responsibilities

- Ensuring all email creation, editing, and deployment processes are completed on time, with the highest levels of accuracy and quality, to meet our aspirational goals.
- Building email templates within HubSpot and utilizing them for scalable campaign setup to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinating efficient process flows for planned email campaigns and ad-hoc messages, from ideation and design to approval and deployment, to ensure smooth execution.
- Designing email layouts that are optimized across all desktop and mobile devices, as well as multiple email clients, to provide an exceptional user experience.
- Facilitating and participating in Quality Assurance efforts across the entire email process, including proofreading, checking links, and validating targeting criteria and creative intent, to ensure 100% quality execution.
- Supporting the development and analysis of tests to improve key email metrics, such as opens, clicks, and sales attribution, to drive continuous improvement and growth.
- Contributing to on-call support for critically important email functions during off-hours, weekends, and holidays, including coverage for other team members as needed, to ensure our email channel runs smoothly.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in email or web-based production, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Mailchimp, to create and send emails, with a strong understanding of list development and workflow building.
- Familiarity with designing and building email templates, with strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and its application to email, including troubleshooting and resolving rendering issues.
- Excellent communication, organization, editing, and management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and delegate tasks as needed.
- A detail-oriented approach, with a strong drive to automate and improve processes using the latest CRM technologies, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
