* Assisting with data entry, business analysis, and technical support for IT projects
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and test software applications
* Providing technical expertise in areas such as Java/JEE, JSON, Spring, Precise, Lithe/DevOps delivery, API, JavaScript, C++ on Linux, Python, REST, XML, web services, HTML, and mobile app development
* Analyzing data to create performance dashboards and service-level agreements with various products
