You'll be responsible for processing invoices, verifying GL coding, and performing various administrative tasks. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Invoicing Management: Process all incoming invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * GL Coding Verification: Verify GL coding, create purchase orders as needed, and route them for approval. * Document Management: Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval, and perform electronic and paper filing of processed invoices. * Administrative Support: Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties as needed. **Requirements** * Data Entry Experience: Must have experience in data entry with minimal supervision. * 10-Key by Touch: Preference given to candidates who possess 10-key by touch skills. * Computer Literacy: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required. * Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail. * Office Equipment Familiarity: Must be familiar with various office equipment. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. * Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with INFOR or similar accounting software. * Familiarity with GL coding and purchase order processes. * Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist). **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
