About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills through industry-leading training and ongoing coaching, and learn what it means to continually set the standard for world-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality products and services to our customers, including answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing expert advice on our products and services.
- Continuously improve our processes and procedures to ensure that we're delivering the best possible customer experience.
- Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
- Enter accurate and complete information into our systems, as required.
- Follow all rules and regulations related to our services and practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
- Successful experience in a customer service team and the market (2+ years).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
- Degree from a high school or expected department.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and procedures.
