**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet customer needs
* Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to adapt to a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service
* Be available to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
* Attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week commitment
* Type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service
