Job Overview In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients to ensure the optimal serving of arenaflex products. Your expertise in customer care and technical skills, such as repairing soft drink fountain machines, will make you an invaluable asset to our team. As a Part Time Customer Support and Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical services, light remanufacturing, and troubleshooting on soft drink fountain equipment, as well as maintaining all refrigeration gear in good working condition. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards Investigate and diagnose issues with soft drink fountain equipment Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and corrective repairs Provide exceptional customer support and work collaboratively as a team player to deliver outstanding client experiences Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent degree/certification Valid driver's license Technical aptitude to repair machines Ability to lift 50 pounds Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as required Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Bachelor's degree in a related field Previous experience in customer support or a related technical field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Technical skills: ability to repair and maintain soft drink fountain equipment, as well as troubleshoot issues Customer service skills: ability to provide exceptional customer support and work collaboratively with clients Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management Problem-solving skills: ability to investigate and diagnose issues with soft drink fountain equipment Time management skills: ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
