Job Overview The Customer Service Agent will play a critical role in ensuring that arenaflex's customers receive the highest level of service, from check-in to departure. As the face of the company, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized support, answering queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. This is a part-time position, requiring the candidate to work 8 hours a day, with a competitive salary of $24 per hour. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and guide them through the check-in and baggage registration process Utilize computer systems to sell, print, and reissue tickets Manage the registration cycle, ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation for travel Label baggage and perform lifting tasks, including moving items from scales to conveyor belts Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational cycles and procedures Provide assistance with seat availability, gate announcements, flight status, and baggage handling Work on the fly, preparing aircraft for arrival and departure, and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and resolve issues efficiently is essential. The candidate should also be proficient in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
