Job Summary:
As a Part-time Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers through online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and converting inquiries into leads for our dealer clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services to ensure that you're always equipped to provide the most up-to-date information.
- Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients receive valuable insights into customer inquiries and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and engaging.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're looking for individuals with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred; accuracy and speed are crucial in this role.
- Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills are required; if you're comfortable with technology and enjoy learning new systems, this could be the perfect fit for you.
