- Send out reminders to clients who haven't made payments, ensuring timely follow-up and minimizing delays

**Initial Training and Onboarding**
We'll provide comprehensive training and onboarding to ensure you're equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. This will include an initial period of 2-3 hours per day, within the US workday time zone, to familiarize you with our systems, processes, and procedures.

**Essential Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other financial software

- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
